It's a fair product
I do prefer a Fellowes product though I'm not thrilled with this model. It's not nearly as quiet as the one it replaces which was 10 years old. And it's a cross cut not a micro cut. But it will serve it's purpose for the job I need done. Reasonably priced.

Too small for our office use
I'm sure this is a fine shredder but the small 4.8 gallon size would not work for us. I returned it and purchased a larger 6.1 gallon unit.

Terrible
Used twice quit working! Hopefully going to be able to get warranty replacement. Used twice and will not shred. Paper will not feed through. Motor only runs on the forward setting.

Well it's a paper shredder and it works. Not much else to say. Previous Fellowes shredder lasted 3 years.

Best yet
I have had a Fellows shredder since 1998 it just gave up up the ghost after years of service. I just replaced it with the 11c model, this unit is has more power and quiet. The ease of use is great! you have made it more compact and faster!! Im looking for this to last as many years as my last one its now 2021. durable as all get out!!!!

Best Shredder I Have Ever Used
This is the second Fellowes shredder I have purchased, and I love both of them. This one is by far my favorite because I can shred more pages at one time, and it barely ever gets jammed. It took a moment to realize the credit cards have to be placed in a certain, specific spot in the center. But after I learned that, I have had no problems with it!!!

CRC43500 Shredder
I received this CRC43500 and set up per instructions from user manual and proceeded to shred a small stack of 8 x 11 copy paper. It did the shredding and I powered it off. When I wanted to shred more paper, it would not power up. Called customer service @ Fellows and they did their best to find the solution, but decided to ship to me a new unit. I received a LX50 CRC450...
