Pepper uncovered
Our package was delivered and everything was fine except our salt and pepper. The pepper was uncovered/opened and had spilled all in the bag. I have put a picture below.

Pepper uncovered

Opened and emptied in the box upon arrival
We ordered 4 sets of these with other items. They arrived unsecured and opened with the salt emptied out in the box onto the other items. I'd say get these from a local distributor.....

No hole covers on top
This was purchased for a break-room in a surgery center. I should have looked at the picture more closely. There is nothing to cover the holes when not in use to prevent spillage or to keep dust out. Staples was kind enough to credit the item with out returning it.

Nice salt & pepper shakers
As salt & pepper shakers go these are just what I was looking for to use in my home. But what I was really impressed with was Staples' customer service. I only received one set of shakers so I contacted Staples and the second set was delivered within 2 days. Easy!
