I order this frequently
I order these bottles for my office - clients seem to love them. However the last time I ordered these they had a different label on them: "Niagara Purified Drinking Water" and they had a strange taste. Definitely not the same product as previously ordered.... Very disappointed.

Oh my gosh! What's to be said for these bottles of water? Actually what can you NOT say? Left at front door along with other's order
This order was left outside our office and not signed for. Only the water was ours the other two boxes went to another company in the same building. There is a directory at the entrance if the driver did not have a suite number. All our deliveries need to be signed for not just left outside the office. Quality varies
Usually the water taste is fine. Unfortunately the taste was quite "off" in the last shipment received. It had a strong lingering aftertaste that was decidedly unpleasant.

Driver left water outside and didn't call anyone that he was there for a delivery. He left 10 cases of water outside which resulted in us only having only 2 cases by the next day. Which means someone picked them up. There is two entrances to our store and he didnt even attempt to walk inside.
