When you're working away from the water cooler, but don't have anywhere to sit your drink, this is a nice solution. Just wear it on your tool belt. The neoprene jacket fits tight on my bottle, so it's not going to fall out when I pop the top, and the built-in tethering point ensures that my neighbors below don't get an unintended surprise.
