Worked ok for the first few days, but then started printing copies with too much toner in the background, making dark copies. Plan on returning to Staples and going back to a brand name cartridge.

Do not buy. Will ruin printer
I bought these refurbished items and a number of them failed and spread toner all over the inside of my printer. I'm returning all and will only buy name brand from here on out.

So Far, So good
Quick Staples delivery as always. Good looking cartridge, a little toner smudge that wiped off easily. (not unreasonable for a refill) Machine accepted the rebuilt unit, prints look just like the original one's did.

Empty Toner Error messages.
Per End User: "We were getting messages that the toner was empty and needs to be replaced (even though we haven’t used it much)…ones the cover was opened and the toner shaken the message would go away and after a few faxes the error message came back again."

Not as good as Brother.
The cartridge makes noise in my printer and the colors are not brilliant. I don’t think I will buy this product again.

This cartridge is being rejected by my machine as though it is empty. It has to be returned.

I haven''t used it long enough, but so far it's working just great. I would recommend it to anyone I know with a Brother's Printer/Scanner. I would also order it again because it is doing it's job and I was able to save some money buying that brand, so thanks.
