Exactly what I was looking for
I went to Staples and sat in every single chair and this one had exactly what i was looking for - a way to rest my head on the headrest without leaning backwards. This is the most uncomfortable chair I have used. I am 5'8" and the seat is not wide or long enough. Very narrow and feels like I am boxed in. Chair for the study room
Considering the price, it is worth the value. Good back support and comfortable. The screws not gripping various holes and holding securely. One by one it falling off to the ground is the only issue. However, it is used in my study room. The appearance is not important. I don’t think this issue will hurt the structure of the chair so it is still safe to sit.

Chair broke in 6 months
Comfortable, but only lasted for 6 months as the back rest broke apart and store will not help

Gets 1 star because 0 stars is not an option
This chair broke the left arm within 5 months and 1 month later the right arm broke in the same spot. There is a weak spot on the arm that causes it to break when leaning back on the chair. I am well below the 275 lb. limit. Warranty will send new parts for 7 years but not fix the terrible design. Do not buy this junk.

Not worth it at any price
Chair seemed fine for about a week. Then I noticed the backrest slightly leaned to one side. Mildly annoying but not a big deal. Several months later(today) I leaned back in the chair and both armrests snapped which support the backrest and I nearly fell backwards.
