Good chair, great price
I bought this chair on sale with Staples app membership. The value was exceptional and the chair delivered the day after ordered. This chair is relatively comfortable even after extended use and was exactly the color I was looking for. Couldn't be beat.

Not worth the Money
During assembly, 2 holes were not properly drilled on the side armrests, I had to drill them to enable the bolts to pass trough. The recline feature doesn't work even after sliding the bottom bar in and out several times. Seat needs more padding. So, chair doesn't recline with uncomfortable seat. Evidently No Quality Control.

Doesn’t Last
Bought the chair less than 6 months ago before the padding lost comfort —which was great, initially— and the reclining function stopped working. For perspective, I’m 170lbs. I would definitely consider buying a different chair.

not good
I'm 6' 200 lbs. Not a good chair for that size, despite it's weight rating. The seat's too small and the seat padding is virtually non existent; the back's not tall enough; and it's flimsy. Probably I'll be putting it out by the curb because it's awful. So if you want a free chair come on by.

Seat bottom failure
Purchased this chair locally and assembled it. Easy assembly and fairly comfortable (not great but ok). For the price (low $100s) it's nice looking but obviously plastic and not real leather. Poor quality and effectively no warrenty
This chair was comfortable but after less than a year the back and arms began to loosen. Tried tightening everything accessible but a couple of months later the back failed to support. In trying to repair it I found broken brackets and that bolts had fallen out of the interior assembly. I relied on the 5 year manufacturer warranty but was told it only covered the lif...

I can sit for hours

Didn't last long
The chair was fine, comfortable enough to sit in all day. But within six months of purchase, the metal piece holding the arms to the seat broke, which caused the whole chair to fall apart within another two weeks. A waste of money for a chair that doesn't last 6 months!

Defective Chair
Despite the product team's best efforts, this otherwise adequate chair possesses a slight lean starting from the seat itself. Hopefully this is a factory problem and not a design flaw. Would not recommend this chair now.

High Quality chair
Most comfortable chair in the store and it's reasonably priced when it's on sale. Bought one for my husband and I. Best Christmas gift ever as it's used daily. Cushion and back support is great if one has to sit any length of time. Every office needs a chair like this one.

Okay until it broke
I bought this chair about 6 months ago, expecting it use it as my office chair for the foreseeable future. RUTHERFORD LUXURA CHAIR
Moderate comfort....nothing to write home about....barely acceptable. From what there is to choose, I guess one can call it OK for the price...but certainly not a great value! Compared to chairs and prices of 5-7 years ago....kinda disappointing!
