Exactly what I was looking for
I went to Staples and sat in every single chair and this one had exactly what i was looking for - a way to rest my head on the headrest without leaning backwards. To small
This is the most uncomfortable chair I have used. I am 5'8" and the seat is not wide or long enough. Very narrow and feels like I am boxed in. Cushion on the back is not great and the lumbar support feels like a rock in my back. Cushion on the seat part is hard. The armrest are to narrow and very uncomfortable. Chair for the study room
Considering the price, it is worth the value. Good back support and comfortable. The screws not gripping various holes and holding securely. One by one it falling off to the ground is the only issue. However, it is used in my study room. The appearance is not important. I don’t think this issue will hurt the structure of the chair so it is still safe to sit.

Chair broke in 6 months
Comfortable, but only lasted for 6 months as the back rest broke apart and store will not help

Gets 1 star because 0 stars is not an option
This chair broke the left arm within 5 months and 1 month later the right arm broke in the same spot. There is a weak spot on the arm that causes it to break when leaning back on the chair. I am well below the 275 lb. limit. Warranty will send new parts for 7 years but not fix the terrible design. Do not buy this junk.

Not worth it at any price
Chair seemed fine for about a week. Then I noticed the backrest slightly leaned to one side. Mildly annoying but not a big deal. Several months later(today) I leaned back in the chair and both armrests snapped which support the backrest and I nearly fell backwards. I purchased this chair Feb 28 2025 but did not put it together until much later because I was waiting for other furniture to get delivered and my old chair to be picked up for trash. So glad to have a new chair and now I'm comfy.
I am quite happy with the purchase, it was an easy assembly and the only feedback on the design I'd give is, to let the backrest part to increase the outward angle 1-2 degrees, so it is not so astute in its position and can let you recline those, one or two degrees, would not make the sharpness of sitting quite so upright.

Do not buy
Bought two of these chairs and both of them broke the same exact way within two months of using them. The right arm was quickly separating from the chair. People sit to my right when I'm speaking to them in my office, so I usually lean a little to my right with my elbow on the right arm but it shouldn't fall apart. I'm a 6' man weighing 215 lbs.
