Well built and comfortable
Cool design, comfortable padding, pocketed coils and it doesn't creak. The build quality is great and includes bolts with double washers to keep them from loosening up. Each arm has 4 bolts holding it on! One place they skimped on was the paint job on the arms and legs. The paint doesn't look bad, but is rough to the touch in a couple of places.

Could have been better.
Poor construction, poor instructions! First and foremost, the manufacturer could have used the SAME size screws for most of the construction of this chair. Instead there is 5 different sizes of screws! Next, there are two modern inventions that could have cut the installation by half- the cordless drill and the Phillips screw. Neither was implemented in the engineer...

Started nice
Got the chair set up, wasn’t too hard. Sat in it and loved it, now a few days into and it makes all kinds of sounds every time I move. It’s terrible, I’m considering returning it but that’s going to be a huge pain, I don’t have box anymore. Kinda disappointed ☹️

Comfortable chair won’t lower enough
I like most everything about this desk chair other than it sits too high off the floor…the thick padded seat is comfortable…when activating the height adjustment to it’s lowest setting my feet will leave the floor when trying to recline…I’m not short so this anomaly is annoying…there does not appear that this height cylinder can be mechanically adjusted...

Finally, a chair that reaches the seat height that I needed (24")!! It's a VERY comfortable chair and literally "glides" when moving. The only thing I would change if I could is the normal pitch/degree of the seat back. I wish it was just a little closer to straight up. black beautyrest executive chair
Was the most comfortable chair i found out of all the chairs available. it hits my neck just right as i lean back a little, not like most that your neck almost snaps off, good firm seat padding an i like it, i am a gamer so i am seated at least 2 or 3 hours at a clip.Hopefully hold up in the long tern as i have only had it for a couple weeks but it is comfy and firm
