Worked ok for the first few days, but then started printing copies with too much toner in the background, making dark copies. Plan on returning to Staples and going back to a brand name cartridge.

Messy and Poor Print Quality
Product continues to leak powder all over the copier and belt. Print quality is always off depending on which color is replaced. Never get a true color any more.

I was sent a used product that had a sticky note on it that says "makes grinding noise, printer does not recognize"
Guess what? It makes a grinding noise and the printer doesn't recognize it.

Leaks creating blue spots on all printed pages
We purchased yellow magenta and blue. The yellow and magenta work fine. The blue is a complete mess. Very frustrating

Beware
These cartridges are a tempting price. Pay the extra and buy the original Brother produce. This cartridge leaked yellow powder all over the inside of my printer. It's not worth ruining the printer and voiding the warranty for a few bucks.

Not worth the savings
Twice in a row this product leaked and made a mess and we did not get the full use out of the cartridge.
