This magnifier is awesome and very helpful for viewing small puzzle pieces that are hard to see.

Not a product rating--a Staples rating
I have no problem with the product. I do have a problem with Staples repeatedly sending out product-evaluation requests that purport to have an "unsubscribe" link. The "link" is non-functional. I think that means that your loyal customers must continue to receive this sort of spam from Staples.

CARSON LED MAGNIFYING GLASS
This is a great Christmas present for my 98 year-old mother & my 77 year-old brother. Not only is it a lighted 2.5x, but it has a 5.5x "spot" for intense magnification. All of this with a hands-free stand. Great invention !!

I am learning while using
I use another magnifying tool and this one is a different magnification level and a bit larger, so I am working on using it when reading letters or documents. I like it - just haven't used it enough to become comfortable. All part of any new tool.
