Buyer Beware - Don't Waste Your Money
Received this May 1, left in my basement for 7 days because of corona virus. Since I have started using this it constantly jams. I fed single sheets, shreds built up and I would have to lift cover and remove build up of paper with my fingers. When I went online to do a return it said my return time limit had lapsed. Works well. Very loud noisy when in use. Heavy motor has to be lifted out in order to empty. This s difficult for me.

Good so far!
It seems like a good replacement for my old one that died. I have it under my desk. It is sometimes a little hard to see where to feed the paper in because it is all black. I WILL get used to that!

Terrible for lots of shredding
I have a lot of old papers to shred and I can do maybe 3-4 minutes of shredding, then the shredding engine stops working. About 20 minutes later, it will start working again.
This shredder is only good for light us.
