Great Stool
Heavy duty and well built. Rolls nicely and has many adjustments to fit an individual. Not for desk height.

Squeaky chair
Chair looks nice and is pretty comfortable however getting the foot ring locked in place was difficult and you may push it down whenever you step on it (which could be annoying to readjust once in a while). Very comfortable and adjusts to your needed settings
The chair is very comfortable and is able to adjust to the necessary settings - back height arm rest etc. Can sit on the chair for hours without feeling any aches or pains. Highly recommend it. We are going to purchase another one for our office.

Wobbly
I like the look of the chair and the seat and back are comfortable but it is wobbly. The stem that connects the foot ring and the chair does not work well at all.

I really like the stool. Height is great and it is comfy. The only thing I wish it had was an adjustable recline.

wish it was fully assembled
It was back-ordered and then is arrived on time. That was good. However it is not tool-less unless you are a bodybuilder with great strength. I could not get the casters on so I had to resort to a rubber mallet and the ring adjustment is on so tight it can not be moved so the ring spins around and it is very annoying.

High quality chair
Great chair. No complaints. White frame looks stylish. It took a little effort to seat the center post of chair to wheel stand but once it was set the chair is perfect. I was amazed how much range there is in the height adjustment.

Perfect chair for my regular desk and elevated bar.
Comfortable chair that works both at my regular desk level and at the elevated bar level. Perfectly stable and adjustable for a big guy like me 6'5" 260lbs. I like the recline stability as well.

Great chair
Very comfortable chair! My coworker absolutely loves it! Shipped and arrived within a week of purchasing. Arrived with 2 right arms and no left but so far Staples has done a good job of getting that fixed.

Very nice and comfy
I really like the chair/stool. It is perfect for the stand up desk I have. I had troubles getting the stool foot rest on it as it is optional. The instructions were not good and had to call the company. They were very helpful and nice though and I was able to finally get it together. I do not regret getting this chair/stool at all.

The stool is comfortable but I the rear lumbar support fell off on the second day and I don't see the mesh back lasting very long.
