Toner Cartridge is dry
The toner is dry. My printer is saying toner is low and will not print. I spent my money and is not able to print Homework for my students. I am very disappointed with Staples. I will inform Consumer Affairs since Staples refuse to give a replacement.

Good quality
When it says it’s out of ink or it’s low in the cartridge you just have to remove it and shake it and then you have quite a bit more time and pages that you can photocopy.

This printer toner only lasted 29 days- must be defective
I normally have no issue with this toner lasting many months for home use but this time, it only lasted 29 days so must be defective- now reordering another one

Lexmark Toner Return Program
Not able to return to Staples store. Employees laughed at the idea of it, and were super rude. Have to return via courier and risk it being rejected and returned to buyer at your expense.
