Could have been Perfect

I use these notebooks for a journal of sorts. I take notes in them and save them for future reference if needed. This last one was not bound well especially in comparison to the picture of the item as shown on its page. Without any writing on any page it is already not closing well. Fountain pen friendly

Great fountain pen friendly notebook that isn't exclusive Japanese stationary. I will be buying more of these notebooks in the future. My Lamy Safari and Platinum Preppy pens glide on this paper with no discernible feathering and no bleedthrough.

Love this notebook!

I have been the TRU RED notebook for a year now and love using it that I keep on buying one once my former one is done. Sheets are thick and we can’t see what we write on a page through to the back page even using gel pens. The spiral on the side is just a great add to it!

Great notebook

Low-glare college-ruled pages with a smooth feel. The weight of the paper prevents gel pens from bleeding through so both sides of each page can be used.

Tru Red Medium Hard Cover Notebook

I have always loved this notebook and was expecting the same functionality. I found that the spiral is not as wide which makes the cover more difficult to open and close and it limits the amount of paper that is kept in the inside cover

Smooth Writing

This notebook has a good quality of paper and absorbs gel pen ink quickly. The ink doesn't smudge across the page as you write. This notebook is well worth the price so it's a great value for your money.

Great notebooks at a reasonable price

These are stiff-boarded notebooks with paper heavy enough to take fountain pen ink. Recommended.

PERFECT SOLUTION FOR MY NEEDS

I do a lot of book reviews so having a compact way of writing them and keeping records of them is important to me. (My review online does not include everything that I have written so it's nice to have that information readily available.) This has been the perfect solution. This is the THIRD Tru Red notebook of this design that I have bought and used. Perfect!

I've been looking for a simple hardcover narrow lined notebook now that the one I used to use is out of print and this has been perfect! The quality of the cover and paper feel great and I like that it has a little folder pocket just in case.

TRU RED Medium Ruled Notebook

I use this notebook to take notes during meetings conventions etc. I have plenty of space to write my notes the pockets in front keep the programs and any other items needed. This is definitely my favorite notebook that I’ve only been able to find at STAPLES.

Worth the price because perfectly suits my needs.

Nice quality paper. Narrow ruled. Stiff covers and wire binding allow complete folding for lap use with ample support.
