Inferior product toner
Shipping and delivery were excellent-toner was not!...toner leaves blank areas on a printed page...not at all satisfied! Did not received what I paid for...toner is inferior!

Surprised that Staples no longer this product in the local store
This toner is no longer stocked locally but the salesperson assisting me quickly pointed out that the specifically replacement could be ordered and delivered to my home office on the next business day. Received the shipment. I was surprised that it was a "two pack".
I spoke to the person that placed the order and displayed the box for recycling. great quality - some toners are blotching the ink
this toner cartridge provided a smooth even ink necessary for important documents to be printed in a timely fashion. Quality is everything and this black toner cartridge was perfect.
