HP 962XL Ink
Works fine, as an ink cartridge should, BUT way too expensive. I will, however, stick to buying the name-brand product. HP should/could offer substantial discount, especially for loyal customers. You may/should forward this suggestion to the "powers to be" at HP.

Black ink
Black cartridge slipped in easy and works fine. The magenta cartridge however kept popping out and I had to put the old one back in the printer
