NEVER AGAIN!!!
Printer worked fine until I got new cartridges then even replacing them 2x the printer would not recognize them. I've had HP for decades and they've all been designed to fail. Works fine, as an ink cartridge should, BUT way too expensive. I will, however, stick to buying the name-brand product. HP should/could offer substantial discount, especially for loyal customers. You may/should forward this suggestion to the "powers to be" at HP.
