So convenient!
I never have to worry about running out of ink. Since I live 30 miles from the nearest office supply store, it would be a problem. I don’t even have to think about it and they arrive!

Excellent service
The staff at the Goleta store were amazing! They helped me order the printer ink I needed and even though it was out of stock in the store they ordered it and it arrived at my office the very next day!

Printer Install
Was told installation was simple and easy. Did not find this to be true. A neighbor came to help who is well versed in computers and it even took him 2 1/2 hrs. We called tech support once

Real HP cartridges make a difference
I have tried the knockoffs and had troubles with decent looking print outs. Replaced with HP brand and the difference is noticeable.
