HP 962XL/962 Multi pack is a high quality Ink and it works wonderful, but I think that the price unfortunately is a little on the high side but it is the same everywhere, but you get what you pay for

Very Disappointing
This printer inefficiently frowns in ink usage and is not intuitive to reset or fix ink usage. We have owned previous HP printers and they were easier to connect & troubleshoot internet, wireless, and cpu connectivity. Also the ink utilization is grotesque! Since cartridge costs have become so expensive this is not economical.

Colorful
These are the best and most colorful color toner cartridges I have ever seen. HP has knocked it out of the park with these and how kind and forward thinking Staples is for deciding to stock them! I would be lost without them! You know the old proverb: he who has a color printer with no ink really just has a paper weight!

It’s not very good
Slow. So slow. Constantly having to turn it on and off for it to recognize my computer. Ink runs out fast, and it’s all around terrible.
