Great service. I didn’t have my printer model number, They walked me through the Staples app, got the cartridge number got the cartridge and had me out the door in 10 minutes. Definitely appreciated the help (and now I have the cartridge number memorized…)

My order arrived even earlier than expected and all is working fine.
My only complaint is with the delivery. My order was simply put on my front porch with no attempt to let me know it was there.
