HP ink is a rip off
HP Inc is a rip off way too expensive but I think Staples doesn't have much choice and other options don't work well.

Trouble following installation
I really don't know how the ink cartridge will perform because following installation my printer no longer speaks to my computer. The wifi is connected and I can print a test page using the printer menu, but I am unable to print from computer files like Word. It worked just fine before the installation. I have never had this problem with other printers.

We have been using these cartridges for over 10 year's and they have worked well. But the HP printer that use these cartridges crashed and now we use the 936 as of today

Easy to use
I just bought a new printer that uses these particular ink cartridges, and I really like them because you can replace one color at a time, rather than having to put in a whole new color cartridge when one color runs out.
