Late delivery
We were promised a delivery by Friday, which we urgently needed for our project. FedEx decided they wouldn’t deliver it and we didn’t get the ink until Monday, after the project was over. So this is not a review of the ink, it is a review of the failure to deliver on time. Maybe you should use a different delivery service. Because you wasted our time and money.

HP all in one printer is a rip off. even though i never print in color, color cartridges were depleted from prior use and printer would not work without replacing them. For the price, there should not be an expiation date
The ink works fine, as it should for the exorbitant price. But HP's practice of installing a chip that invokes an expiration date regardless of ink level is maddening. I don't print many pages per year and was just forced to discard "expired" cartridges that still had plenty of ink.
