HP all in one printer is a rip off. even though i never print in color, color cartridges were depleted from prior use and printer would not work without replacing them. This is the worse Staples I have even been in! One person waiting on 6 people, another clerk on the phone all of the time! If this store has a Manager, they should be FIRED!

For the price, there should not be an expiation date
The ink works fine, as it should for the exorbitant price. But HP's practice of installing a chip that invokes an expiration date regardless of ink level is maddening. I don't print many pages per year and was just forced to discard "expired" cartridges that still had plenty of ink.

The delivery time that was mentioned on my Staples app was the next day and after Ordering I got an email saying that it would not be delivered until over a week. I was able to pick up the order at a store because the ink was needed to complete my job.

It's OEM printer Ink. It's overpriced
Yes it works. Unfortunately, OEM printer ink is just too expensive. We needed it in a hurry* so I had to run to the local store to pick it up. I will try to locate cheaper refilled cartridges in advance. I have had good luck with refilled cartridges in the past on other printers
