HP Instant Ink Printer
I am delighted with my 15-page plan print free for life HP printer. I don't print very much and my ink was always drying up. I have told many of my friends about this offer and I'm so happy I was able to get it before it went off sale. Question: did my month begin the first day I set my printer up?

Use print preview.
Check each page and print mostly in black ink.
Manually clean the cartridges to keep them from getting dry.

Factory HP ink works best. I’ve tried all the aftermarket refills. They don’t work. Unfortunately factory ink is expensive.

With inflation, I understand how you feel. Everyone is pinching pennies to cover costs. Printing is no different. To get more value:
Buy XL cartridges.
Maintain the printer and cartridges. If you have an opportunity, print in black ink only.
Unplug the printer when it isn't in use.

HP 64 Printer cartridges.
Cartridges are advertised as 600 pages for black, 165 pages color. I get nowhere near those quantities on my printer 7855. < than 100 pages for black, < than 50 pages color. The printer makes good photos and copies though.
