HP Instant Ink Printer
I am delighted with my 15-page plan print free for life HP printer. I don't print very much and my ink was always drying up. I have told many of my friends about this offer and I'm so happy I was able to get it before it went off sale. Question: did my month begin the first day I set my printer up?

Hi there Ron,
There is a simple solution to this issue. Check the ink levels before each use. It should be completely full. If the cartridge is dry, try to clean it with a damp cloth. Gently dab the printhead for optimal results. Reinserting in the cartridge helps, especially if you run a test print page afterwards.
