HP Instant Ink Printer
I am delighted with my 15-page plan print free for life HP printer. I don't print very much and my ink was always drying up. I have told many of my friends about this offer and I'm so happy I was able to get it before it went off sale. Question: did my month begin the first day I set my printer up?

Bad ink
Received this for 60 plus dollars and printed four times and ink was very very light and no color. Then my printer said it was low on ink which tells me they sent me cartridges that had very little ink in them.

Your feelings are understandable after spending a cartridge with a light print. The cartridge may be low, or the printer is having trouble registering the cartridge. A third cause is an issue with the printhead or the print rollers. Adjust the settings and see if that helps. Did not print copies expected
Neither cartridge had hardly any ink in them to be XL size. Printed less than 100 copies containing both colors. Ran out of black first then colored quickly after.

Hi Cindy,
One hundred pages for an XL cartridge is atypical. Still, results vary by usage. I did notice you mentioned using color ink. If you frequently print, assess how much color ink you are using. Photos, in particular, use a ton of ink. I would adjust your preset printer settings. Decreasing the print quality setting will save you ink.
