HP Instant Ink Printer
I am delighted with my 15-page plan print free for life HP printer. I don't print very much and my ink was always drying up. I have told many of my friends about this offer and I'm so happy I was able to get it before it went off sale. Question: did my month begin the first day I set my printer up?

That's no surprise.

Great experience
I dropped off ink cartridges to recycle and came to buy replacements. The young man behind the front desk was quick and knowledgeable and asked if I would like to purchase a school donation pack and explained what it was and who it goes to.

Hello Sue,
I see you are disappointed with the print quality. If you do not like purple, choose a different color in your software program. It is a defective cartridge if the color is supposed to be blue or another color and is printing purple. To remedy the situation, try cleaning the cartridge. Switch to black ink only unless your pages require color.
