HP Instant Ink Printer
I am delighted with my 15-page plan print free for life HP printer. I don't print very much and my ink was always drying up. I have told many of my friends about this offer and I'm so happy I was able to get it before it went off sale. Question: did my month begin the first day I set my printer up?

HP 64XL/64 Black high yield and tri color ink
Right out of the box and into the printer and I never get a bright sharp image with these cartridges. The cost is outrageous given the poor quality received on any printed item.

Concerned
The XL tri-color toner worked well for a week (approximately 40 - 45 pages) and then received a "low toner" notification from printer. Contacted HP directly and they stated that Staples could be selling toner packaged as HP genuine toner but is not. I actually do not believe this is the case and have opened an inquiry with HP.
