hp original ink in cyan
i ordered the original hp ink cartridge because it keeps my printer working smoothly. i now never order ink that is from a different company because it will mess up the printer.

Way overpriced
HP printers work well and are not expensive, but the ink cartridges are way over-priced. I tried HP's plan of monthly payments which did not work well.

HP ink always reliable
FRESH HP ink is always reliable. Got some VERY (years) out of date ink and it was terrible. My only complaint is the price - ink it way too expensive.

A very good cartridge
This is a very good cartridge, But I am disappointed that the stores are only carrying the XL version of all the color cartridges. I usually buy the combination package when I need it but since I do not use color that much, I do not like to buy the XL color version. The stores use to carry the regular version but now you are making us buy the much more expensive color X...

Excellent Customer Service
Employees in the store were very friendly and helped me find what I needed right away. I was warmly greeted as soon as I entered the store, by everyone it seemed, and was taken directly to the item I needed. I will definitely be shopping at the Germann/Gilbert Staples again for my office needs!

Trade-ins on unopened cartridges when buying a new & improved printer.
Low rating for returns. Because we (my wife & I) use quite a bit of ink cartridges, sometimes the printer gives up and we have to buy a new hp printer. But the extra cartridges we have for the dead printer are often non-usable in the replacement printer (hp has already upgraded the printer we were using) and HP will not except the up-opened ink cartridge boxes back.
