Long lasting?
Hope this refill lasts longer than original cartridge. One that came with printer seemed to be half empty.

poor quality
ok for a few months then stopped working we have spent over 10 hours with tech support with no resolution and no new printer been a loyal customer my whole life but will no longer be buying anything hp

Excellent Ink..Cyan 962 XL
There are never any ink blotches during printing & my documents come out beautifully with this Cyan & all HP ink. That is, when the 11 month old HP Office Jet Pro Premium printer decides to print...which for the last 2 months has been NEVER. I must take screen shots in order to print now, & my new printer is not even 1 year old yet. Might get stuck with brand new ink as...

Why so expensive?
Given what the replacement cartridges cost, I've often wondered if it would be more economical to just buy a new printer with it's "starter" cartridges and call it a day. The sum total of the 3 cartridges I just bought was actually higher than what I paid for the printer in the beginning!

As expected
The ink is just as expected. What was off was the timing for delivery. It wasn't supposed to come until Monday, and I was out of town on Sunday, and when I got home, it was sitting there waiting for me. Thankfully it wasn't sowing or raining heavily.
