Not getting 700 pages out of cartridges. HP limits you to their ink cartridges only, but then under delivers.

Always found HP InkJet Cartridges the best for my needs. My only exception was when I mistakenly ordered the continual product. It was most confusing and I had to cancel after a short time of use. The cancellation process and the returning to the manual cartridges was exceptionally troublesome.

Box empty upon receipt
When I received the box, there was nothing inside. Called Staples Customer Service and was told they would investigate. No further communication or follow up as of now (week later), and no new shipment authorized or received to date. Very disappointing.

I am very sorry that you had this problem. That does sound disappointing.
With the holiday rush, increase in demand due to shutdowns, and the fact that Staples is having to deal with delivery companies that are also being stressed during this time, I'd give them a few more days.
If you don't get any further communication from them soon though, you probably should call customer service again to see what's happening. Hope you have good luck with your problem!
