The HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e read out said this product would fix the issue. Once installed the printer read out said that product wasn’t original or damaged. I’m fixing my printer issue with a framing hammer and will put the small pieces in a recycling bin. Works but pricy
The cartridge works but is too pricy to make this a good value. Go is the villain here with a firmware change that overrides the printer setting and forces only new go cartridges. Where are all the publicity hound attorneys general when you have an actual job to be done? Perhaps busy cashing in the lobbyist checks?

We have been using these cartridges for over 10 year's and they have worked well. But the HP printer that use these cartridges crashed and now we use the 936 as of today

Greatr Product
I had to buy the original HP Ink for my printer because my printer would not print. The product is great just way too expensive. For this price could buy another printer.

Easy to use
I just bought a new printer that uses these particular ink cartridges and I really like them because you can replace one color at a time rather than having to put in a whole new color cartridge when one color runs out.

Wrong ink in box!
I purchased HP 962XL Magenta in store. When I opened the box it was a completely different product inside the box. Staples won't help refund/replace/return the item because I opened the box. Nice package of ink but....TOO EXPENSIVE
The price set by HP for these products is now astronomical! HP is trying to get you to buy a printer and automatic ink refills from them and IF YOU DON"T the price I paid was $200.00!
