This was a great buy after applying rewards to the purchase price.
A good way to save is to apply rewards to reduce the cost of high quality HP ink cartridges.

Bob knows the business He is always helpful and I have always looked for him because he can answer all my questions. I have bought printers computers ink cartridges and had my computer up graded. On my last visit he was even running the check-out. Saratoga Springs Staples is lucky to have such a competent employee. He deserves a thank you and a raise.

The cartridge had a defect and I spent 2 days trying to find the problem on my printer. All the support people wanted to sell me a new printer.

Didn't work in my printer
I purchased all XL cartridges for my HP Officejet Pro 9015e that requires the 962 cartridges. The XL color cartridges did not work. It gives me an error message. I don't know if my printer is going out or if the cartridges don't fit correctly. I use the Black XL all the time but had not tried the color XL because of the expense of buying all XL at the same time. I too...

Accumulation of 962 Magenta ink
962 cartridges are only available as a 3 pack. I am accumulating Magenta and using Cyan and Yellow faster. The cartridges are expensive and it is a waste of money to buy extra cartridges.

Ordered Spares
I ordered spare cartridges since I put my last color cartridge into the printer. I had a $15 coupon for ordering on line. Delivery fine. I’ll be using each of the cartridges on an “as needed” basis.

Our HP printer does a lopt of work
We print a lot so our HP printer is often calling for ink and the X size ones last longer. I buy the complete package of all the colors and black. I keep one in reserve so when we need one we have it.
