I did not keep this ink because the attendant gave me the wrong ink number. I purchased another in #952 which my printer uses.

For gosh sakes it is an ink cartridge. I am not in love with the darn things. First off you take the old one out you put the new one in swing around your partner and then you might get thin. I am tired of answering these review things. I do like the product though.

HP 962XL Black Cyan Yellow and Magenta
We purchased the HP 962XL Black Cyan Yellow and Magenta cartridges which are very expensive but necessary for the HP 9015 printer that we just recently purchased from Staples. The printer and cartridges are currently working fine.
