Bad cartridge
My printer didn't accept the cartridge I'm not sure what but I think the cartridge was a dud

NEW PRINTER NEW CARTRIDGES
A new printer required different numbering of cartridges. Installed new number and printing is great.

Perfect product if you print often in color
This is the perfect original replacement product when you drop HP’s Instant Ink program. HP Instant Ink failed to sent the correct ink when I needed it so go with the pros at Staples deliver the best ink for your printer and get rewards for returning you empty cartridges

2nd Best Cartridge for my HP Series 9000 InkJet Printer
The HP962xl black cartridge that I just started using is fine like other HP ink cartridges. However HP recently apparently discontinued a super-high-capacity cartridge (HP966) which I had preferred.

The cyan cartridge failed and we had to get one from a friend to print a few documents for an important meeting.
