Nothing to compare to
Since I can only use one type of ink with my printer I can’t compare better or worse. Everything looks good and clear when printed. Just insanely expensive!!!

I’ve had no problems at all with HP Ink Cartridges - the quality is great…My only complaint is that they’re too expensive and gone too fast! (Yes I know there are the XL ones - but I don’t print that many things in color!)

HP 962 Ink for Printer
I love the ink my document’s always come out clean The ink always last a long time. I recommend it highly.

Ink did not work
The ink did not work in the HP printer. We tried 3 different sets of cartridges. Fortunately the Staples tech did not charge us for the 3rd set when he tried it in the printer. Apparently HP is making it so hard to use alternate ink that the printer won't even recognize it's own ink.

Hi there Ron Did you get a return from Staples? The site www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/ provides an online return form. You also have the option to return the cartridges to a store. If your printer rejects multiple cartridges it is from a recent software update. Reverting this update will allow printing to occur. Try to unplug and restart the printer as well. HP 962 ink cartridge
it came on time as expected. Loved that no paper was used when for wrapping product inside the box. You also kept me posted on my delivery time/day via email.
