Store experience
This is the worse Staples I have even been in! One person waiting on 6 people another clerk on the phone all of the time! If this store has a Manager they should be FIRED!

They Work
The whole ink cartridge business is a money maker for these companies. You get a message that one is low you change it then it tells you another one is low and so on till you have changed them all. Plus cost has gone up a lot since printer was purchased. At least they work.

HP 962XL Ink
Works fine as an ink cartridge should BUT way too expensive. I will however stick to buying the name-brand product. HP should/could offer substantial discount especially for loyal customers. You may/should forward this suggestion to the "powers to be" at HP.

Cost
Once you own an HP or anyother brand of printer we have no choice but to buy these cartridges and no control of the cost of these cartridges. These companies should be ashamed of themselves charging such ridiculous prices for them! The ink costs are more than Gold which is crazy. I bet the costs to produce this product probably less than 5% of what the retail price is...

Fair price
Employees were friendly and helpful. After looking online at HP website the price I paid was almost exactly what I could get delivered to my home. So I had my inks immediately and didn’t have to wait for it to be shipped . Although printer inks are ridiculously expensive and HP has you over a barrel if you want your printer to work properly.

HP Inkjet Pro 9010 series is very sensitive to refills. Tried non-HP ink and it refused to accept it. OEM work fine but at twice the cost unfortunately.
