Really like the ink but would like to find a way to get discounted pricing. The cost is a little higher than I expected.

HP replacement cartridge
These were HP genuine replacement cartridges. Removed the old ones and put in new ones. No problems or issues. The problem I had was trying to use the Staples App and App coupon. Has the cashiers try for 15 minutes and could not get coupon to down load and use. If you’re going to give us a coupon just give it without jumping through hoops to get it. Have HP cartridges...

Never had one of the cartridges that did not work. It also applies to the HP 962 color cartridges

Good ink
I think all ink cartridges are all priced too high but these are good I think. It might be my printer I don’t know but these seem to run out of ink faster than before. So don’t know if its my printer saying they are empty even tho when I throw them away the cartridges feel like they still have ink in them or if these are just manufactured differently and it signals...

HP Ink Cartridges
I have the HP ink cartridges I bought from Staples installed in my printer but HP insists Part of the cartridges are not genuine HP cartridges. The cartridges are working just fine and for the remainder of the time I use this machine I will continue to buy my ink from Staples. HP and I have had a disagreement that has made it impossible for me to buy any other printer...

HP 962 Cyan/Magenta/Yellow StaYellow Ink Cartridge
As I had a spare of this I instaled a couple of weeks ago I am holding using the new cartridge until sometime in the future

hp inks work without errors or drying out. worth the price and you can recycle the cartridges for staples credit too!

Black cartridge ok, printer design is stupid.
The black cartridge is fine. It's a stupidly designed printer however (OfficeJet Pro 9015e) as you are forced to have color cartridges in order for the printer to work.

I tried a generic brand Jammed up my printer! I did not get it from staples. Won't make that mistake again!

HP colored ink-always dependable
I always buy HP ink. There are other brands but I know I can depend on HP for quality and never worry about the cartridges fitting my printer. I ordered an off brand online to save money several months ago but even though the website said it fit my printer it did not. Product is used mostly for the printing of color photos with my HP printer. Excellent results. Purchased the variety pack with three colors and black. The process of removing the old cartridges and the replacement with the new cartridges was very easy. Have been using this product for many years and it is very reliable and easy to use.
