Problem with ink or printer
Would not work in printer. Microchip bad??? or Printer problem??? said incompatible. Correct cartridge numbers but Sub message said not for use in this printer?? May not be staples problem. They refunded. Ink was under warranty.

HP 962 four pack- cyan magenta yellow & black
The package for my HP Office JetPro 9015e is an effective easy to install pack- strengthened by the HP smart software which provides ink color specific levels and guidance as to when to replace.

Great Choice
The HP 962 color combo was exactly what I needed at the time. Previous 3 purchases had included the black. As a result I won't need to buy the 4-color combo for a while.
