Great ink! Required by my printer. Nice to be able to purchase at Staples just ten minutes from home office. Staples hours make shopping easy while considering my work schedule.

HP 962XL Black/Cyan/Magenta/Yellow High Yield Ink
Great cartridges for a great price. YES the initial out-of-pocket cost ($186+) seems high BUT the quality of printing and the number of "extra" print pages is the reward. I have used non-HP printers before (i.e.; bad printer/toner experiences). Any issues with HP products are usually resolved quickly.

They should be good
I recently purchased a 9025e and did not realize that it came with full size cartridges so I purchased these as a backup. So far my printer and cartridges are working fine and think I will get a longer use out of them then others on my previous HP printer.

GOOD PRODUCT
New HP printer. This cartridge does not last as long as my old cartridges. Quality and color is very good.

Best ink for the BEST printer!

The HP 962 XL combo cartridge pack is a great value
The combination of Black XL with regular cartridges for the colors works wonderfully for me because of the high percentage o f black only printing that I do for my business. It saves me money when not buying all 4 ink colors in XL I like the quality of the printing when using HP cartridges instead of "refilled" non-HP ones.

Some good some bad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new printed is very nice. The only complaint I have is the paper output tray does not extend far enough to let the printed page lie flat.

NOT GOOD
I purchase this new cartridge and my printer rejected it as NOT NEW. Obviously it was defective. Perhaps the clue was when I opened the box it was not wrapped in a sleeve just placed in outer box. This was very stressful as I had a deadline to meet and this ordeal caused undue anxioty. Thank you staples as they let me return and get a new cartridge.
