HP cartridge 96
My printer and requires a genuine HP cartridge to function properly and was very glad that ❌Staples had them on hand. And I will be back again when I need it. It’s so convenient to go into the store and just get it. Thank you.

2nd defective cartridge -- slot design is wrong
Compared with cartridges that actually fit Staples is delivery defective units that will not insert. A horizontal slot is missing compared to ones that work.

Staples has some major issues going on with shipping. This is the second time in a row I have ordered from them and I have only received part of my order. Ripoff
The ink cartridges we bought although the proper ones are apparently broken and will not work. Only then do we find out that because we trusted Staples and tried to use then and do not have the box we cannot return them for a refund. What a ripoff. Last time i buy from Staples.

Slow delivery
I expected delivery to be less than 1 week and especially not via us mail. Forced me to drive to the store to buy what was “in transit” so I could continue my project.

Cartridge Ripoff
Ink cartridges are such a rip-off costing us a small fortune and probably costing 15 cents to make.
