HP Prints Again

Cartridges Depleted
I ordered HP 962XL B C M Y on 2/16 and received on 2/18. The Cyan leaked and I received an error that the Cartridges were depleted. The printer would not print using the cartridge. Therefore I am returning for a replacement.
