Not that great because
I bought the black ink, but I can't print since the yellow color is empty. How come I cannot print (black only) because of the lack of yellow color.

Greatly Needed
The Yellow ink cartridge ran out and before I could use the printer again Staples came to my aid. The ink saved the day.

My only complaint is that the toner cartridges do not hold enough toner to print a lot of pages.

Hi products are fine once you can locate them in the store. Inventory on all of these items extremely low to none. The store is not being kept like it was a few years ago. It is often disorganized. Cashiers have been good.
