Lo is very helpful in finding the products. She is always courteous and calls regular customers by their names. She is a perfect staff member to make sure customers return to Staples.

Doesn't work on every android
This apple🍏 dongle has nothing to do with Staples. It's cheap but the dollar store is even cheaper $(4). I did some research and it was praised and better than models triple in value and Ai even give it thumbs up. Great Customer Support
I needed to purchase this headphone adapter. Ben was wonderful in helping me research headphone options (Staples did not have what I required) as well as ensuring the adapter fit with both my iPad and android phone. Ear phone adapter.....
Teck knew exactly what I needed......It works fine.....Tech support has always been very good at this Staples Reading MA store.....For getting a product to making up technical manuals......Will miss the people who support this store !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staples option way better than Verizon option
Verizon told me they don't stock anything cordless for my phone so loved I could get it from Staples and at a decent price.

Very useful item
I was tasked with providing sound at a party. Had everything set up then was told the music would be played from their iPad Pro which had no audio jack. I knew I could count on Staples to have the right part. Lo and behold it was on sale too! I was able to connect the iPad to my amps and the party ran smoothly. Thanks!
