Just Awesome
Bought it for my Granddaughter to go along with her first printer. What a great idea. They helped her set up her printer and got her started. Nice to know they are always there to help and give her support anytime she needs it. Very helpful and friendly staff! I highly recommend it to everyone! It is just awesome........

Not used
If we did not use this, we should be eligible for a return. This was a Christmas gift but they found a different one that they wanted.

Poor to not help
I called & requested help setting up my new router I purchased at Staples. I got nothing but a run around telling me they couldn’t help me until I contacted the manufacturer, WiFi service company etc. They were NO help at all !!!! Extremely disappointed & dissatisfied!!!

Protection and Technical Support for my Router
I've only called them once for my new router. I had a question about something with my setup. The person that I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable about my concern and he was very kind with compassion regarding my issue. I have had two separate occasions to use this service and found them to efficient and clear. I spent almost 30 minutes with Epson help before I left and tried this. Waisted the 30 minutes with Epson and I was very dissatisfied. You have great helpers.
