It's not a product it's a protection plan
Staples Protection Plans are a good deal for items that can easily be broken or fail. I can't rate it at this point but I know it will come in handy later if I have problems.

best ever!
Usually don't purchase warranties but this time I got lucky. My newly purchased printer wouldn't hook up to my computer but the wonderful tech at Asurion spent hours getting it up and running. Without him I would have had to return the printer. I was amazed!

4 year Protection plan
I am very pleased that I took out this protection. Unfortunately a month before it was up my tablet started giving me trouble. It was very easy to contact and get service for my refund and was able to replace it at same price on sale. Thank you!

When I called was told I would have to go to a local location to have an iPad addressed that only pc’s could be addressed over the internet. Worth the cost
Always hesitant on purchasing any warranty but this one paid for itself. Returned a printer after seven month and received a full purchase price but has to be used from where item was bought but paid for my new one. Warranty people I talked with were very friendly and cooperative. Sent mailing label to return bad printer and refund within days.
