Ridiculous
I ordered a printer, ink cartridges & extended warranty on Staples web site. After charging my credit card account and shipping the ink, they informed my the printer was out of stock with no time frame for delivery. A Great Value for the Dollar
This printer is a great value for my dollar. I bought it to replace an earlier Canon model that did not have all the same features. It prints clear, clean copies in both balack and color. It is easy to operate. I love it.

Protection Plan Well Worth It!
We had an Epson Printer which had problems with the print head after 2 yrs of use. Luckily we purchased the 4 yr plan. The people at Asurion who handle it for Staples were great with us and the staff at our local Staples was too. John spent 1 hour and 9 minutes with me finding a way to get Epson's XP-7100's software to get its Scan 2 App onto my Mac laptop. He was simply terrific: patient, dogged, friendly, knowledgeable. The best!
