Poor presentation and sale of the Purchase Protection Plan
When I was pushed into the purchase of the two-year protection plan it was not explained to me that I would need to go to an entirely different vendor and facility for support. That is misrepresentation before the sale.

Early thoughts
So far the Epson Printer is doing a good job. The problems are with the previous HP Smart App and HP Printer and drivers that I cannot seem to delete from the system.

A Good Investment

A Great Value for the Dollar
This printer is a great value for my dollar. I bought it to replace an earlier Canon model that did not have all the same features. It prints clear clean copies in both balack and color. It is easy to operate. I love it.
