For the most part they have been helpful, although they could not solve the issue that the printer does not work well with WIFI 7. One guy just kept trying to sell me more services other then him everyone was polite and tried to help.

Buy The Protection—its worth it
Absolutely worth it to pay for this protection. No matter how simple the set up seems to be—it is NOT!

Extended warrantee for printer.
Signed up for cheap printer. There were several reviews of the printer heads clogging if not used frequently enough. I haven't used yet.
