My printer was easily replaced at local dealer because of a defective part in the ink cartiage area of the printer on the spot.

Can't tell if protection plan is worth It
You get a one star review for asking me to review a protection plan one week after I paid for it.

Purchase of a new printer
After extended problems with my Hewlett Packard printer and the cost of expensive ink I decided to try a Brother printer. Of course it is new but it is working well and the learning curve is not too bad.

Epson Photo printer - XP-8700
Although brand new, my initial experience with it is in line with the Staples Manager in Auburn California that suggested this for what I need in a printer. Looking forward to lots of use as I build my Family Photo wall in my home, as well as in my business.

You will want this!
I already used tech support bc im a senior and just wasn’t for sure about setting up my new printer. I have never had a tank system printer. They were very patient and helpful.

Excellent protection
My 3 1/2 year old printer died, had Asurion 4yr protection on it. Couldn't be fixed. Asurion paid me what I paid for it. Bought new printer. Yep got Asurion protection again on my new one.

Let the future be free from problems
Just purchased the protection plan so only time will tell. The program is backed by Staples, who is the best in their field and the product is produced by HP another top company, so I think I would just relax and enjoy the next four years !
