Ridiculous
I ordered a printer, ink cartridges & extended warranty on Staples web site. After charging my credit card account and shipping the ink, they informed my the printer was out of stock with no time frame for delivery. Of course the ink and warranty were useless without the printer, so I had to go to a local (20 miles) store to return the ink and obtain the refund to my c...

Wonderful!
John was really spectacular at making sure I understood the details. On day one he recommended another type of printer for my needs and called me back after it was delivered! I did not know staples offered this service and at this level of service either. This is a good reason for me to return to staples and I will!

Staples tech help
Not worth it. I got instructions for the fix . If you don’t finish within a specified time, the session is ended. Then you have to start over with a new tech and give all the same info. Very frustrating. Returned printer. Wasn’t worth the frustration.

Worth the cost
I purchased my router in February and it malfunctioned in July. Thanks to the warranty it was replaced no questions asked. The warranty was even transferred to the replacement router,

Immediate Refund!
My printer broke with 6 months left on the warrenty and Asurion refunded my money, no questions asked all online. Didn't even have to talk to anyone. Just upload your receipt and give them an explanation and, "Zap", you got your refund. Only thing: it's a gift card for Staples so you have to use it there.
