Always get this warranty for chairs!!!
I bought this warranty with a faux leather office chair. Within the year the armrests were peeling. Before the third year was up the back had started to peel and rip in a small area. Subsequently my cat sprayed the chair and I could not get the smell out. Cut to me remembering that I had a wear-and-tear warranty! Making a claim was simple and fast; it required pictu...

Don't buy this they won't help you
Got peddled this protection plan when I bought "Staples® Rutherford Ergonomic Faux Leather Swivel Executive Chair Gray (58677V)". Called them and they tried to change part of the chair instead of refunding. Like I'm going to sit on defective chair waiting for a part then work on reassembling it. I'll just stop shopping in staples thank you.

Super comfie. On sale was a great value
Very comfortable chair. It has good lumbar support without being too much. We were able to put it together very easily. It's a good no frills chair. Get it on sale if you can. If you can't it's still worth it.

Office Chair
This chair is extremely comfortable and looks very nice. I don’t typically purchase black chairs but the silver accents are attractive. The adjustments work well and both my husband and myself are able to easily accommodate both our comfort levels. Recommend highly

Once purchased the chair was easy to assemble with clear written instructions. The chair was in perfect condition in the box. The chair is very comfortable. Overall a great purchase.

This protection should be automatic. The company should stand behind a chair for 3 years without additional cost. It's a money grab.

It worked
I purchase an office chair and purchase the warranty. The first chair was not put together right. It was leaning to the right. I was told in the store to bring the chair back which was also not correct. This the second chair was put together correctly. Warranty worked.
