It worked
I purchase an office chair and purchase the warranty. The first chair was not put together right. It was leaning to the right. I was told in the store to bring the chair back which was also not correct. This the second chair was put together correctly. Warranty worked.

I don't usually purchase any protection/warranty program but since my purchase I have seen reviews of the chair I purchased and I think I will be really pleased in a year or so that I purchased the plan. The reviews do not look good for this chair. Very disappointed with the reviews.

Great task chair for me.
This is the first chair I have owned that adjust to my height and supports my back with a seat that has exactly the right depth so I don't need to sit unsupported to reach my keyboard. In addition, I did not have them put the arms on when they assembled it so I can get fell range of arm movements when attending my seat stregth class on Zoom.
