Rip off
I never was able to use this as sold to me in the store. "You just bring in the chair and we'll swap you out if needed." Not at all how it works. Don't waste you money.

"Sit" sale
I had been meaning to replace my very old and very squeaky office chair with something more comfortable (and quieter!) An e-mail informed me that chairs were on special sale and I was able to test and select a nice one (Rutherford) at a very good price. Staples has been my go-to place for office needs for decades and I have never been disappointed.

Buy a protection plan!
If you have a problem with your purchase take a picture submit a claim and you get the full purchase price refund in the form of an e-gift card. I just did it. I got my refund the same day and purchased a new one the same day! It doesn’t get any better!

My new office chair
It's very comfortable and everything is working it's affordable. The extended warranty wasn't expensive either so I would recommend this office chair to family and friends.
