Eh
I bought a chair, and it broke within the year. The chair was $99, and I received $85 for my warranty that I spent $15 on. So I'm left with $70 to spend on a new chair. Yay. It's really my own fault for not buying a better chair. I suppose it could be worse... I basically rented a chair for $30 for a year, and that comes out to about 8 cents a day. "Sit" sale
I had been meaning to replace my very old and very squeaky office chair with something more comfortable (and quieter!) An e-mail informed me that chairs were on special sale,and I was able to test and select a nice one (Rutherford) at a very good price. Staples has been my go-to place for office needs for decades, and I have never been disappointed.

Buy a protection plan!
If you have a problem with your purchase, take a picture, submit a claim and you get the full purchase price refund in the form of an e-gift card. I just did it. I got my refund the same day and purchased a new one the same day! It doesn’t get any better!

My new office chair
It's very comfortable and everything is working, it's affordable. The extended warranty wasn't expensive either so I would recommend this office chair to family and friends.

Great chair
Purchased the protection plan for this chair because we purchased this same chair before. The leather had become apart on all aspects of the chair. It was worth the $20 for the protection plan!

Chair is great.
I can't comment on the chair that I ordered because someone screwed up the order but the chat was very helpful in getting the problem resolved. I don't know about the store personnel but the chair is great.
