Just Awesome
Bought it for my Granddaughter to go along with her first printer. What a great idea. They helped her set up her printer and got her started. Nice to know they are always there to help and give her support anytime she needs it. Very helpful and friendly staff! I highly recommend it to everyone! It is just awesome........

If we did not use this, we should be eligible for a return. This was a Christmas gift but they found a different one that they wanted.

Difficult to obtain
I tried over and over to register online for this protection plan and each time my computer froze! When I tried calling, I was put on hold and eventually disconnected! For a forty dollar printer, this plan is not worth it! I got my money back!

2 year protection plan for JBL Headphones
I am a member of Consumer Reports. They don't recommend protection plans due to profit margin issues. This was cheap enough to purchase however.

Happy with the headset
